To celebrate, he’s put together a menu of some of his “biggest hits” to go along with our usual 1/2 off select bottles of wine!\n\n\n\nSpecials:\n– Goat Cheese Croquettes with a blackberry balsamic reduction (8.95). These were from the first menu Alex made as Head Chef at Carter and were just requested the other day, so you know they’re good!\n– Pan-Seared Mahi Mahi with a cauliflower purée, charred brussels sprout slaw, and tomatoes for 24.95.\n– Seared Pork Belly with sweet potato risotto and a cane syrup gastrique for 22.95.\n\n\nSo come say goodbye and grab a cocktail with Alex this Thursday night from 5-9 pm! We are grateful for the time, skill, and love Alex put into his tenure at Carter and we wish him all the best on his next adventures!\n\n\nReservations are recommended and appreciated!\n
