Burger of the Month is Back

For the first time since Hurricane Ida rocked south Louisiana, Carter Bar and Grill will have a Burger of the Month again! 

April’s Burger of the Month is the “GOAT”, which is both a pun and a popular opinion about the burger.

We take our juicy 8 ounce burger patty and top it with creole mayo, goat cheese, crumbled bacon, mixed greens and an onion marmalade served on a brioche bun.
