Overnight Accomodations

The Villas at Carter Plantation are independently owned and operated. Forty-two spacious rooms and suites situated in six separate villas provide the perfect overnight accommodations for Carter Plantation guests. Each villa contains seven guest rooms that may be reserved either individually or in varying combinations, offering comfort, luxury, and convenience for both recreational and corporate outings.

From an executive retreat to a romantic weekend getaway or weeklong family vacations, a stay at The Villas can be customized to suit every lodging need.

Whether it’s you and your foursome or you and your family, our guest villas are designed for your relaxation and enjoyment. An innovative lockout floor plan makes The Villas adaptable for almost any type of overnight stay. All or part of a villa may be occupied by your group or family, or individual suites may be reserved to accommodate a couple or a single guest. One of our experienced hospitality staff will gladly assist in tailoring your reservations to meet your lodging requirements.

Although all rooms and suites feature a complete accommodations, some have fully-equipped kitchens, living and dining rooms, making them a true home away from home. For your conference or entertaining needs, both corporate and family groups will want to take advantage of the in-suite catering service from Carter Bar & Grill or the Special Event Menu. You may also choose to bring in your own food to cook or grill with your group or family.
