THIRD COURSE | Grilled 8 oz Filet Mignon or Bronzed Redfish with Lump Crab Meat
Tender, melt-in-your-mouth filet topped with seared mushrooms and served with a side of roasted cauliflower puree, braised carrots, and finished with a red wine demi-glace.
