Wine Night + Alex’s Goodbye Party
We have some news to share with you: February 2nd will be Alex’s last big night at Carter. To celebrate, he’s put together a menu of some of his “biggest hits” to go along with our usual 1/2 off select bottles of wine!
– Goat Cheese Croquettes with a blackberry balsamic reduction (8.95). These were from the first menu Alex made as Head Chef at Carter and were just requested the other day, so you know they’re good!
– Pan-Seared Mahi Mahi with a cauliflower purée, charred brussels sprout slaw, and tomatoes for 24.95.
– Seared Pork Belly with sweet potato risotto and a cane syrup gastrique for 22.95.
So come say goodbye and grab a cocktail with Alex this Thursday night from 5-9 pm! We are grateful for the time, skill, and love Alex put into his tenure at Carter and we wish him all the best on his next adventures!
