First Course
Crawfish Beignets
Fluffy, bite-sized crawfish-filled beignets fried to a perfect golden-brown and served with a sweet and spicy honey Sriracha aioli.
Second Course
Grilled Romaine Salad
Chargrilled and crispy head of romaine lettuce topped with a chipotle caesar dressing and freshly shaved parmesan. A unique way to enjoy a classic!
Third Course
Grilled 8 oz filet mignon
Tender, melt-in-your-mouth filet topped with seared mushrooms and served with a side of roasted cauliflower puree, braised carrots, and finished with a red wine demi-glace.

Bronzed redfish with lump crab meat
Seared redfish topped with lump crab meat and a side of roasted cauliflower puree, braised carrots and a red pepper coulis.
Fourth Course
Korova Porter Brownie
Chocolate brownie made with the locally-brewed Gnarly Barley’s Korova Milk Porter baked in a cast iron skillet then topped with butter pecan ice cream and drizzled with our bourbon caramel sauce.
